Check in is available from 3:00pm. Please note that access to the property can not be guaranteed before standard check in time.
As the apartment is located in a secure building, the keys will need to be collected from our office. We will contact you on the morning of your arrival to provide you with check in and arrival details.
If you have difficulty getting to our office due to transportation or other issues then please contact us at least the day before your arrival, as we may be able to make other arrangements.
Our check-out time is 10:00am unless prior arrangements have been made. We are happy to arrange an extension for you, subject to availability. A day rate will be charged for guests departing after 10:00am, however a full night rate will be charged for guests departing after 6:00pm. Please contact Management if you wish to delay your departure or extend your stay.
We will contact you on the day before your check out with any specific instructions or requirements.
We request that you vacant the property before your check out time to enable us to prepare the property for the next guests in a timely manner.

The health and safety of our guests and team are a top priority. We ask your assistance in ensuring our properties provide a safe and secure environment by following these guidelines.
Our Sandbar Apartment provides a secure off street parking space for one vehicle.
Please do not use any other parking space designated for other residents.
Note that there is a high restriction in the carpark.
All streets in Newcastle East have parking restrictions applied by council. Restrictions apply seven days a week.
Most streets provide 2 or 4 hour ticketed parking between 9:00am and 9:00pm.
All day on street paid parking is available on Wharf Road, east of Watt Street.
Limited free parking is available in following streets
